ABOUT
What is Omoggle?
Omoggle is a live face rating game where two players duel on camera. AI scores both faces in 10 seconds using facial landmark analysis. Winners gain ELO, losers drop. The global leaderboard tracks the best faces.
How Omoggle Scoring Works
Every Omoggle duel relies on MediaPipe Face Mesh running locally on each player's device. The system tracks 468 facial landmarks in real time across both faces. From those landmarks, Omoggle calculates symmetry between the left and right sides of the face, jawline definition and angularity, canthal tilt (the angle of the eye corners), forward growth of the midface, midface ratio (the proportion between the eyes and mouth), and overall facial harmony.
Both players are scored simultaneously during the 10 second duel window. Neither player has an advantage from going first or second. Omoggle scores range from 0 to 10, with most players landing between 4 and 7. The player with the higher Omoggle score wins the round and mogs their opponent.
The Omoggle ELO Ranking System
Every Omoggle duel updates your ELO rating. Win against a higher ranked player and you gain more points. Lose to a lower ranked player and you drop further. This system rewards consistent performance over time rather than a single lucky round.
Omoggle runs monthly soft resets to keep the ladder fresh and prevent stagnation at the top. Players who stop playing gradually decay toward their tier floor, keeping active competitors at the front of the leaderboard.
Omoggle Rank Tiers
The Omoggle ranking system has eight tiers that reflect your competitive standing:
- Molecule — Below 0 ELO. The starting point for new players still calibrating.
- Sub3 — 1 to 500 ELO. Early progress as you find your footing.
- LTN — 501 to 1000 ELO. Below average but climbing steadily.
- MTN — 1001 to 1500 ELO. Solidly average in the Omoggle player base.
- HTN — 1501 to 2000 ELO. Above average with consistent performance.
- Chadlite — 2001 to 3500 ELO. Top tier competitors who win most duels.
- Chad — 3501 to 5000 ELO. Elite players dominating the ladder.
- Slayer — 5001+ ELO. The highest rank in Omoggle, reserved for the best.
